DES works closely with Personal Health and Safety Consultants (PHSC) for expert, ongoing support. We also have in-house capability, with Paul Lawrence as our SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Manager, enabling us to maintain strong internal safety procedures year-round.
We are proud of our strong local roots. Our team is made up of over a dozen staff members, many of whom are from the local area. We invest in our people, fund relevant qualifications, and maintain a strong wellbeing policy to support mental health.
We’re always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and operate responsibly. Our environmental policy supports ongoing improvements in biodiversity, sustainability, and best practices across all our operations.
